So, has anyone else had this issue? My colleagues in the Dallas and Chicago Symphonies all tell me they’re experiencing the same problem of resizing. I’ve never had an issue with my files before and I’m not sure how a $69 piece of software is going to tell a $20,000 copier how to do its job better. They currently say the problem is with my files and I should “scan from PaperPort”. Their recommendation of re-installing the software (with ant-virus software turned off) didn’t solve the problem. If I escape out of ImageView without saving, the page is not resized. It is impossible to “resize” the now jumbo page to its correct dimensions as the page is corrupt. If I do any work on the page before saving, this one specific page of the file will be resized.See attached screenshot of a 10x13 inch file which is now inexplicably 84x108 inches. When this happens, PaperPort has resized my image. In ImageView, when I zoom in, the image on the screen will sometimes become very small before zooming in.tiff files (B&W, OCR) are sent from a Ricoh copier directly to a folder in my C: drive, which are then accessed with PaperPort. It overall is a great improvement except that it will resize pages without warning. I've updated to the latest 14.5 version from the old 11.1 demo version that came with our Ricoh copier.
